Your trades quote, your vendor taps approve, the work gets booked without you in the middle.

Kerbready runs the pre-campaign prep for one property at a time. You list what matters at the appraisal, your vendor photographs it and adds anything else they want done, your own trades price the lot and the job is booked the moment the vendor approves. You see the exceptions and a morning digest.

No card for the first campaign. Your vendor pays each trade directly, Kerbready never touches the money.

The bit between the appraisal and the photos

“I have four gardeners in my phone and I still spend Tuesday night texting all of them.”

“The vendor said yes on a call, then I could not remember which quote she meant.”

“Photos are Thursday and I have no idea whether the window cleaner is actually coming.”

None of that is selling. It is the admin that sits between the appraisal and the photos, and it lands on you every single campaign. Kerbready takes the whole loop and hands back the two or three moments that actually need your judgement.

How it works

Step one

You list what matters

Address, photo day, the vendor and a quick list of jobs. A title and a tap each. Two minutes on your phone in the car.

Step two

Your vendor fills in the rest

They open one link, photograph what you listed and add anything else they want done. Every job goes to your own trades for a price and quiet ones are chased.

Step three

Your vendor taps approve

One page, one job at a time, price inc GST and the day. Approving books the trade and tells everyone.

What your vendor actually sees

No app, no password, no login. A link by email and SMS opens their prep plan, which shows what you have listed, what needs them, what is booked and what they have spent so far. This is the real page, shown small.

  • A photo from their phone is all a trade needs to price a job.
  • They add jobs of their own and those go straight to your trades. You see it, you do not have to approve it.
  • Nothing is booked until they approve it.
  • Every approval is recorded with the time, the price and the device.
  • They pay each trade directly, so there is no middle man on the money.
  • Your name, your mobile and your agency branding, not ours.

Built by an agent, not a software company

Kerbready was built by a working Australian sales agent, for their own campaigns, because the admin between the appraisal and the photos was eating every Tuesday night.

It runs on real listings first. If something does not work for a real vendor or a real tradie, it does not ship. There are no invented numbers on this page and there will not be any until there is something real to put here.

Pricing

$99

per campaign, AUD. Your first one is free.

  • Most agents put it on the vendor's marketing schedule, so it costs them nothing.
  • One payment per property, however many jobs and however many trades.
  • Nothing monthly, nothing recurring and nothing to cancel.

Questions agents ask

Who pays the trades?

Your vendor does, directly to the trade, on the trade's own invoice. Kerbready records the approval and passes the invoice on. We never hold, split or take a cut of that money.

Can I put this on the vendor's marketing schedule?

Yes, and most agents do. Your vendor already signs a schedule covering photography, styling, floorplans and copywriting. A $99 campaign coordination line sits with them. Pass it through at cost, which is what the tax invoice we send you shows, and check with your agency about how you itemise it.

Do my trades need an app?

No. They get an SMS or an email the way they do now. They can reply with a price in plain words, or tap a link and fill in a short form. Nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.

Do I have to photograph everything at the appraisal?

No. List the job with a title and the kind of work and leave it there. Your vendor is asked for a photo of each one, and until a trade has a photo or a scope to work from the job is not sent out, so nobody is asked to price a bare title. If you already know the scope there is an "ask for a price anyway" button on the campaign.

Can my vendor add jobs I did not list?

Yes, as many as they like, and they do not need your permission. They pick a kind of work, give it a name and take a photo. It goes to the trades in your own book, never to a business they picked. You see it on the campaign and in the morning digest.

What if my vendor adds something I have no trade for?

It lands in your inbox as one card asking you to add a trade, and your vendor is told you are finding someone. Nobody is left waiting on a message that never comes.

What if a vendor says no to a quote?

They tap skip and say why. If the reason is that they will do it themselves, the job moves to their own list and we check in before photo day. If it is price, you see it in your inbox and can ask another trade.

Is my data in Australia?

Yes. The database and the file storage are hosted in Sydney. Vendor and trade details are kept for twelve months after a campaign closes and then removed. See the privacy notice.

What happens after photo day?

The campaign keeps running until the last invoice is passed on and paid. Anything still booked after photo day is flagged for you to keep or move, and nothing is said to the trade until you decide.

Can my assistant use it?

Yes. Invite them and they can run campaigns, trades, quotes and the inbox. Billing, agency settings and deleting things stay with you.

Start with the next appraisal you win

Your first campaign is free and there is no card to enter. If it does not save you the Tuesday night, stop.
